I am writing to enquire about overtime compensation and policy benefits policy, considering that I worked overtime in the past month and never realized any adjustments in my last month’s payslip considering the same.
Within last month, I overstretched my abilities and worked in excess of six hours. From my experience working with the organization, a culture has been that the overtime payment is often twice the hourly rates of any excess hour worked. In regards to this, I would like to know why the six hours I worked was not incorporated in my payslip.

On top of that, I would also like to enquire about the organization’s policy regarding the gratuity payment to the junior officers. Did the gratuity policy change or adjusted in any way? Your response towards this will be highly appreciated as I was stunned by the perk I received when the office was closing down for the December holidays.
